Welcome to the Home Page for SPAFA, the Southern Piedmont Adoptive Families of America.  We are a network of adoptive parents who are dedicated to increasing adoption awareness, acting as an adoption resource, and offering emotional and educational support throughout the adoption journey.

Our goals include helping prospective adoptive parents explore the many adoption options available and helping them navigate the adoption process during their journey.  The decisions people make with regard to their adoption are very personal.  While only the adoptive parents can make these decisions, it often helps to hear the perspective and experience of someone who has traveled that path before you.
